Billing principle
Billing is based on daily statements
and on time spent by the lawyers involved.
Hourly rates range between
• 300 euros up to 400 euros excluding VAT for partners
• and 150 euros up to 280 euros excluding VAT for associates.
Budgets, flat rates and subscriptions
When the characteristics of the assignment allow
and when the actions to be carried out are clearly identified,
we propose a prior, flat fee.
We also propose subscriptions
for annual tax and/or legal follow up.
